Fees must be paid in full at time of booking.

Please note the conditions that will apply.

1. No refunds will be given for class/squads missed during the term. Uniswim will use its discretion in exceptional circumstances. A medical certificate is required in the case of illness. Any refund or credit requests must be in writing. All refunds will incur a $30 administration fee.
2. Make up classes are not available at Uniswim.
3. Swimming caps and racing bathers must be worn by all swimmers.
4. In extreme weather conditions classes may be cancelled. No credit will be issued. This is in accordance with the UWA Health & Safety Guidelines as well as The Medical Journal of Australia which states that "Lightning is an important cause of weather-related morbidity and mortality and is often underrated; Suspension and resumption of water sports should follow the "30/30" rule: play should stop when the flash-to-bang count is 30 seconds, and should not resume until 30 minutes after the last lightning". 
5. Please note that if you wish to withdraw from a lesson or squad the office must be notified, otherwise fees will be charged as normal.
6. If your child has a medical condition that maybe life threatening, you are required to be on the premises at all times.
